Shipping
Standard shipping times vary depending on your location. Deliveries in Tegucigalpa arrive the same day if the order is placed before 4pm. Other local orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
Currently, we ship within Honduras and select international locations. Contact us for details on international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Unfortunately, discounted or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
If you notice a defect or believe there was a fabrication error, contact our team within 30 days so we can provide a solution.
Order
You can place orders directly through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp with our sales representatives at any of our locations.
Orders can be modified or canceled only before they enter production or are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
Once your order is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with the order details and estimated shipping or pickup date.
